High Level Position Summary:

Urgent opening for HR Generalist who will be handling majorly Recruitment, Payroll, HR routine works & Appraisals etc.



Who we are looking for:

  • We are looking for Energetic, enthusiastic young professional in a HR role, who shall end to end Recruitment, execute payroll functioning, attendance management, appraisal management etc.

  • Should be excellent with multi tasking and handling pressures, job will involve switching from recruitment to Salaries to employee engagements etc.

  • Excellent with Excel, word, power point.

  • Someone who is proactive with communication with management and employees on an ongoing basis.

  • Create a smooth transition process between management and employees.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The profile is into Recruitment and other HR Generalist activities where 50% will constitute recruitment & 50% in rest HR activities.

  • Handle Payroll, incentives distribution, Compliance with the help of CA’s etc. Conduct Performance Appraisals, plan for Employee Engagement & Employee Welfare programs.

  • Attendance Management & manage day to day General HR & Admin Activities.

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:

  2. Pitching products and/or services.

  3. Closing deals with clients.

  4. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

    • Researching organization & individuals online to identify new leads for DigiSpread products & services.

    • Generating leads online for DigiSpread using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Google etc

    • Reaching out to potential customers via email/ phone/ skype to establish rapport and set up meetings and close the deals with them

    • Understanding the online marketing needs of the potential clients and pitching them the best suited products and services

    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives that are required to generate more leads online.

    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales pitches

    • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

    • Developing quotes and proposals

    • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, skype and in person

Research, Curate, Create, Deploy and Manage the entire content lifecycle for owned assets and for clients.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who will conceptualize and create high-quality, influential, readable and meaningful brand content to reach and engage client’s target audience. We expect him/her to develop content in all forms around client’s products:


  • Financial products (personal loan, home loan etc.)
  • Internet marketing services (SEO, SMM etc.)

He/she should have experience of having worked for a newspaper, website or a magazine, content writing agency (in a financial space- is preferred)


Candidate should be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Must be able to ideate/write creative, interesting, customer-friendly and engaging original content in multiple formats including articles, blogs, press releases, guest blogs, social contents etc.
  • Ability to research and ideate/write well thought through long-form articles and website content.
  • Use news/events/seasonality and the business strategic plan as the basis for developing themes for content campaigns.
  • Producing original, unique, grammatically correct and CopyScape free content for owned assets as well as for the clients.
  • Content planning and content delivery to support short-term and long-term goals of the client as well as agency goals.
  • Should have a good working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and should be able to write SEO friendly content.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Master's/ Graduate degree in English or Journalism (not mandatory), or equivalent, and at least 1-2 years demonstrated experience writing/editing/publishing content specific for the web.
  • Should have ample experience in writing content for various industries (in the financial sector is preferred).
  • Should have experience in writing for sites, social media, blogs, mobile apps, online media, landing pages, product demos, email.
  • Should have excellent writing and editing skills
